abstract class Cog < Type[Object]
A cog's root module as a value: the key a manifest names a dependency
by and, in a library cog, cog. It is a Type (its inspect and to_s are the
module's), and it tells the cog's manifest (docs/10 §6).

The cog's [cog] name, from its manifest ("greet-more").
def version -> String
The cog's version ("1.1.0"): its tag's for a fetched cog, else
its manifest's [cog] version (docs/10 §4).
def module_name -> String
The name of the cog's root module ("GreetMore").
