How a child process ended (Process::Child#wait): its exit code, or
the signal that ended it.

The exit code; nil when a signal ended the process.

The name of the signal that ended the process, without the "SIG"
prefix ("TERM"); nil when it exited.

The fields as a Hash, by name.

Whether the process exited with code 0.
