class Meta::Method[T, P]

A method of T (an instance's, or the class's when T is a Type) of procedure type P as a value (docs/14 §5): what ClassDef#def_method, ClassDef#def_class_method, ClassDef#method_ref and ClassDef#class_method_ref give. It is called only in a block given to def_method (or def_class_method) that captures it, where it is baked: ref.bind(self) is the method bound to the generated method's self, a P, which dispatches as a call of the method does (an override in a subclass is taken). Made only by those methods: it has its name and owner, and nothing else observable.
